  1. Palm Coast Villas – Misibis Tower

Following the launch of our newest tower in the bay area, See below advisories

–          Pricelist PL1 applicable to 1st 60 units sold

o   Note that as of today, we only have 13 slots available for buyers to wish to purchase under the launch/PL1 price.

2. PDR-Salcedo, PL2

For our latest project also in Makati, effective June 1, 2015, we will be implementing our first price increase, PL2, in Salcedo Tower @ Paseo De Roces. Said price increase is equivalent to 5%.

Also, the new pricelist, PL2, and investment proposal reflect the following revisions –

–          Non-Prime Units  2% promo discount

Revised Mandatory Parking assignment

–          Prime Units or facing Amorsolo/Makati  A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L

 3. PGMH-Mandarin PL3

Effective June 1, 2015, we will implement a 3% price increase, PL3, for all 2-bedroom units in Mandarin Tower @ Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes.

Under the PL3, buyers will still be able to enjoy the 3% promo discount applicable to all units and payment terms.

 4. PGMH-Mahogany Term Reduction

Effective June 1, 2015, the payment terms for the 2-bedroom units in Mahogany Tower @ Peninsula Garden Midtown Homes will reduced from 42 mos. to 36 mos.

  1. SSR Tower 5 (i-Yum) Price Increase, PL2

Effective Monday, May 25, 2015, we will be implementing our 1st price increase, PL2, in our latest project at i-Yum Tower @ Six Senses Residences. Said price increase is equivalent to 5%.

Under PL2, all units under booked payment terms (min. 10% DP) are still entitled to the 5% promo discount. For the A3 term, promo discount is at 3%.

  1. SSR-2 (i-Sight)      – removal of A3/no DP
  2. SSR-3 (i-Touch)  – removal of 1% promo discount on A3/no DP (no disc. A3)                                         – reduction in booked term discount, which will now be same to that of SSR-1 and SSR-2
  • C2 disc.             13% to 12%
  • B3 disc.             11% to 10%
  • C1 disc.              6.5% to 6%
  • A2 disc.             3% to 2%
  • A1 disc.            1% to 1%

1. SSR-4 (i-Scent)     – reduction of promo discount for A3 to 1%; promo discount for all booked terms (min. 10% DP) is retained at 3%

PW                             – removal of 1% promo discount for all terms

CPW & MPW          – removal of A3/no DP

                                    – reduction in booked term discount, which will now be same to that of PW
